All sessions are held via GoogleMeet. You’ll receive a meeting link once you book your session through Calendly on my website. Simply click the link at your scheduled time, and we’ll dive in!

1. What is the Recalibration & Clarity Session?
This 1-hour coaching session helps you uncover what’s keeping you stuck, gain clarity, and create a plan to move forward. We’ll use somatic techniques and mindfulness to explore your challenges and guide you toward aligned action.
2. Who is this session for?
This session is perfect for high achievers, professionals, and anyone feeling mentally, emotionally, or creatively stuck. If you’re overwhelmed, indecisive, or seeking clarity in life, this is for you!
3. How do I book my session?
After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your session via Calendly at your convenience.
4. Will I receive anything before the session?
Yes! You’ll get access to my Recalibration Reflection Worksheet, designed to help you reflect on what’s keeping you stuck. Completing it before our session will make our time together even more impactful.
5. What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of coaching, sessions are non-refundable once booked. However, you can reschedule if needed.
7. Can I book more than one session?
Absolutely! We can transition you into a long-term coaching engagement! Please note that this will include a separate agreement and payment schedule.
8. What do I need for our session?
A quiet space, a journal or notebook, and an open mind! If you’ve completed the Recalibration Reflection Worksheet, have it ready.
